All items on Boutique 78 are sold as is. We will honor a return/refund only if you have received an incorrect item. In which we will cover the return shipping costs. If you purchased shoes that do not fit (ie- too big/small), you must notify us WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE OF THE SHIPPING ERROR AND RETURN REQUEST. After we receive the return from you, the corrected item will be sent to you. WE MUST RECEIVE THE RETURN WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS, IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS A RETURN WILL NOT BE HONORED. After which we will refund or exchange the shoes for the appropiate size. In this case also we will cover the return shipping costs. All products are inspected BEFORE shipping, if an item is damaged during shipping, let us know immediately so that we may follow up with the appropiate shipping company.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Boutique 78's refund policy is as follows:
1. Refunds are issued only if the item is not in stock or
2. The item is received is incorrect (as stated above in the return policy)
In either case we will refund the full purchase amount to the card used to place the order. If the order was placed via money order or Moneygram/Western Union it will be refunded the way it was placed.
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days of placement. During this time the payment is verified (through the issuing cardholder's bank) inventory is checked & the order is fufilled. Upon fufillment, we will send you tracking information. Having multiple locations allows us to ship to our customers quickly and more efficiently. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All prices listed INCLUDE shipping (Free shipping within the USA!). ie: if an item is listed as $50 USD, that is $50 USD INCLUDING shipping within the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Tracking your order
After order fufillment, you will be sent tracking information. We ship daily & in most cases your item will go out the same day as placed. However, sometimes the inevitable happens and we are slammed busy- in this situation your item will ship within 4-6 business days of order placement. When your item ships, you will automatically be sent a tracking number via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex.
